Maybe make the rules a bit clearer?

Because I can't find the rules for this site, and the terms of service link simply says:

You can underlined as well as italicize.

Yeah I think that's just a work-in-progress that she hasn't gotten around to yet.

There are now some standard guidelines in place which I snatched from vbimageworks. I'll re-work them as time permits.
