Why i couldn't create a thread in some forum section? Can I request some graphics for free? Like User ranks/levels ? Thanks!
I won't be providing a graphic request service since I did all that when I had the time. Images posted are image packs I designed and feel they might benefit communities that wish to enhance their sites. Essentially, images posted are and will only be pre-made stuff that I design which are free upon registration with regards to the title topic as this is not a premium forum in that sense. With regards to the posting permissions, since the pre-made graphic areas are a service, members can only reply to threads not create threads since I'm the only one submitting graphic packs.
